The fair value of the options was determined at grant date using the Black-Scholes option pricing model. 2. The Options shall vest on the first, second and third anniversary of the grant date, subject to the Employee's Continuous Service (as defined in the Plan). The Options shall automatically cease to vest, and the unvested Options shall automatically terminate, upon a termination of the Employee's Continuous Service. The Options have no other market hurdles or conditions attached to them.
