During the year a total of 1,441,901 Common stock/CDIs were issued on exercise of 1,441,901 unlisted options and a total of 2,283,755 unlisted options expired. The holders of these options and performance shares do not have the right to participate in any share issue or interest issue of the Company or of any other body corporate or registered scheme.
